- Not covered (AHP, KOM; PHR; PH2). Isothiocyanates in overdose can cause problems.

Extracts (Caper) :
- Stachydrine, in animals, hastens coagulation. Shirwaikar et al. (1996) found antihepatotoxic activity in alcoholic, ether, ethyl acetate, and petrol extracts of root bark. All reduced elevated serum transaminases (orally in rats up to 2000 mg/kg with no evident toxicity) (Fitoterapia 67(3):200 - 4; 1996).
