- 1 - 3 g powdered seed (KAP).

Contraindications, Interactions, and Side Effects (Black Dot):
- Not covered (AHP; KOM; PH2).  Psoralen can be phototoxic. Applications for leukoderma may sometimes cause dermatosis. PUVA (Psoralen + UltraViolet A) treatment for psoriasis increases the incidence of skin cancers. The high levels of genistein and daidzein should possibly be contraindicated in patients with ER2-(+)-breast cancer.
